I’m so excited to add this weekday yoga class on Zoom because the 7-8pm GMT time slot means folks who are interested in joining from across the pond have a better chance to fit it into their schedule as an early afternoon class!  If you are interested in this nourishing and energizing practice simply fill out the “Contact” section and I will send you details for online banking payment for £5 or $7 due for class.  After payment is received you’ll be sent the link to join the class.  5-10 minutes before the class is due to begin, click the link you’ve been sent to join.

New to Zoom?

You’ll need a device to join the online class.  Download or sign up with Zoom in advance as a “Client for Meetings.” This is a free account you will need to establish to be able to access the “meeting.”

Carve out a space in your home that is warm and quiet for your practice.  Make sure your device is charged and set up so that you can see the screen with the volume/speakers turned up.

When you join you will have the option to switch your video on or off.  It is your choice, but if you switch it on I will be able to see you and you will be visible as one of the thumbnails of students attending class 🙂

Once you arrive in the meeting, make sure you select Lumina Kemp as the main view and not the grid view of all attendees.  If this doesn’t happen automatically select the virtual class and click on the three dots to “pin” my name making me full screen.

I hope we’ll have a few minutes before and after class for announcements, questions and any other support.  So please arrive to the meeting 5-10 minutes before the start time.  When class is about to start I will mute all attendees for the duration of class and un-mute you again at the end to check back in and say goodbye.
