Regular ongoing classes are now held on Tuesdays and Saturdays at the Redland Green Club!  Join me from 7pm on Tuesday and 9am on Saturday for a break from the “busy-ness” of the day to share in a Hatha flow style yoga practice.  By tapping into the power of breath as our ally we will cultivate strength and create flexibility so that we can experience a deeper sense of balance, grace, and ease in the body and mind.
